The secret behind NEEDO’s unique offer is an innovative two-phase heat transfer process that not only delivers a much more rapid rise in temperature but also facilitates heat recovery of energy already produced, substantially lowering running costs for users.

The Condensing Power System Advanced Condensing System allows NEEDO radiators to recover, through evaporation, energy produced, effectively using heat twice and making the system more efficient.

Importantly, NEEDO radiators are specifically designed to be powered by electricity, with high quality tungsten NO elements built into the aluminium casings during manufacturer rather than added post-production, as is the case with some electric heating units. The system is completed by a small amount of eco-friendly heating fluid comprised of carefully selected and blended mineral oils.

Importantly, NEEDO radiators are specifically designed to optimize the total heat transfer through the patented Advanced Condensing System (ACS) technology of the core heating system. ACS technology is based on a innovative eco-friendly fluid embedded in the aluminum case of the radiator at given conditions controlled by the manufacturer.

During operation the fluid evaporates at a very high speed and immediately releases its energy through the condensing process to the radiator’s case. In this process the heat generated is completely transferred from the radiator to the environment at a high speed rate.

As a result ACS technology reduces the time to temperature to over 50% with respect to an equivalent electric radiator commercially available. Furthermore the condensing process ensure an extremely uniform temperature profile of the radiator resulting in a highly efficient – highly comfortable heat transfer process to the environment.

NEEDO radiators are quick and easy to install without the need for any plumbing. They reach the required temperature twice as quickly as any normal panel, storage or wet system heater. Their heat diffusion is far more efficient and each radiator can be wirelessly controlled independently by the cool-looking My NEEDO energy management centre with touch-screen controls to create a complete central heating system throughout the home.

What’s more, the radiators have been designed to cleverly pivot away from the wall to facilitate cleaning or decorating.
