One of our regular customers once called us as a couple of their light switches had stopped working but they were hosting a wake at their home for a close family member the next day.  We managed to change a few things around and sort their problem out for them in plenty of time so that on the day they could concentrate on the matter at hand rather than worrying about the lights not coming on and everyone having to sit around in darkness.
