Thanks for a Fantastic Year
As 2015 gets firmly underway, the team at Barton Electrical would like to thank all of our customers, suppliers and friends for a fantastic 2014. It was one of our busiest years yet and we are very grateful for the continued support you have provided.
As a local, family run business, we have worked hard to establish a solid reputation as a reliable electrician and are delighted that we benefit from lots of referrals and recommendations.
During 2014 we have revealed our new website and we are currently working on the next phase of our site to offer an even better experience to visitors.
We are also very proud to be one of the first Suffolk based electricians to have launched our very own mobile app. Our app has been very well received and if you don’t already have it, you can download it free of charge on either Apple or Android devices. Not only does the app contain electrical safety advice but it also has our emergency contact number built in so you can reach us whenever and wherever you need to.
Another exciting feature of the app is that you can take a picture of your electrical problem, send it straight to us via the app to give us a good idea of what the problem is before we even visit you. One of our customers recently had a faulty bathroom light fitting. They sent us a picture of the fitting via the app and we then arrived at their house later that day with the correct replacement part and fixed the problem. Before the app, we would have had to visit them to check the light fitting, go away to obtain the part and then revisit to fix it.
Barton Electrical also enjoyed exhibiting at Anglia Business Exhibition in May 2014 and it was fantastic to meet lots of people, some familiar faces as well as meeting some of you for the first time.
